At any life stage, there are challenges that can overwhelm us and test our ability to cope. While it is true that pain can lead to growth, when unattended to, it can lead to unnecessary emotional and physical suffering.
Therapy offers a unique chance to deepen our understanding of ourselves so that we can grow from our challenges instead of being held back by them.
In my work, I particularly enjoy helping clients navigate through difficult life transitions such as:
relationship break-ups, including divorce
becoming a new parent, from the family planning stage, through pregnancy, to the early years of parenting
loss of a loved one, including pregnancy loss

1. reach out for a free consultation
It can be daunting to find the right therapist. I invite you to reach out for a brief chat to see if we are a good fit. I offer free 15-20 minutes consultation calls. You can email me or fill out the contact form to set that up. Press the “book a session” button to get started.
2. schedule your first appointment
During our initial call, I will provide you with scheduling information and how to access my patient portal. You can also always email me to schedule a visit. For regular appointments, you can choose to come to my Noe Valley office or meet via a secure tele-health platform.
